Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

• Contest open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 U.S. states, aged 18 or older.
  
• Employees of Griplock Systems and their immediate families are not eligible.
  

2. How to Enter

• Submit a photo showing Griplock HVAC cable suspension systems in use, plus project description, via email to mark@dclsupply.ca.
  
• All entries must be received by September 30, 2025.
  

3. Entry Requirements

• Photos must clearly show Griplock products.
  
• Photos featuring competitor products, unsafe installations, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
  

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) HVAC Pro Essentials Buckets.
  
• Approximate retail value: $600+.
  

5. Judging

• Entries will be judged by Griplock Systems employees based on:
  Product visibility (40%)
  Installation quality (40%)
  Photo clarity (20%)
  
  
  

6. Rights Granted

• By entering, participants grant Griplock Systems a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish their submitted photos in any media for promotional purposes.
  

7. Privacy

• Entrant information will only be used for contest administration and marketing purposes and will not be sold.
  

8. Notification

• Winner will be notified by email within 7 days of judging.
  
• Winner must respond within 5 business days or an alternate winner may be selected.
  

9. Shipping

• Prize will be shipped within 14 business days of confirmation.
  
• No cash alternative will be offered.
  

10. General Conditions

• No purchase necessary.
  
• Griplock Systems reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary.
